Mission

In partnership with families, ChattAcademy Community School supports all 6th – 12th grade learners in pursuing curiosity, growing in global competence through bilingual studies, impacting their communities, and developing authentic character in order to be prepared to excel in the postsecondary opportunities of their choice.

Core Beliefs

Curiosity.

We believe curiosity is the catalyst of learning. Therefore, we prioritize an inquiry-based learning model.
Relevant Contexts.

We believe learning happens best in relevant contexts. Therefore, we will partner with local organizations to ground learning in local problems and places.
Competence through Communication.

We believe global competence begins with communication. Therefore, a two-way immersion language program will be a hallmark feature of our school.
Community Impact.

We believe schools should be in, of, and for the community. Therefore, critical service-learning will be a core component of our programming.
Character Development.

We believe authentic character is developed individually and in community. Therefore, we have designed a comprehensive character and social-emotional development program that prioritizes cultural congruence.
